Good Afternoon everyone and Happy New Year.
Please find attached the Simley Workout Plan.
With the spring coming this is the perfect time to begin getting into shape for the upcoming summer and fall seasons.
Please try and find the time to utilize the workout program as it will be a big benefit to you and your team mates.
In previous years seniors have encourage the younger players to work with them and this is something I'd like to see continue this year.
Captains practices will be run by our seniors and information will be supplied by the Booster club shortly.
I highly encourage all of you that have aspirations at playing at a higher level to play as much soccer as you can.
The more touches on the ball and the more time spent on your conditioning and work out plan will really benefit you as a player.
